Victoria Costello

From my home in Southern Oregon, I write and teach fiction and memoir and play with my two Maine Coon darlings, Venus and Luna. Orchid Child, publishing June 13, 2023, is my debut novel. Partly autobiographical, Orchid Child is an enchanted family saga exploring the intersection of ancient Celtic folklore and 21st century neurodiversity. To write Orchid Child I drew on my Irish American family history, my science journalism, and the ups and downs I experienced as a single mom raising two wonderful, now grown sons in Northern California. I hope to hear from you after you read it.
